The HGMG are self-priming, mono-bloc, centrifugal trash pumps in cast iron, for pumping dirty water, with solids in suspension (1.5kW:22mm, 2.2kW:32mm). The design incorporates a removable cover, for clearing debris, and a rubber check valve, to maintain the priming water level, and enable automatic priming during starting, even when the inlet pipe is empty. They are designed for many industrial and agricultural applications where large volumes of water need to be pumped. Optional pump control and energy management systems are available (see here).
