THE PROBLEM

Transport of dirty water from the washing facility for concrete mixers. These contain abrasive concrete sludge.

THE SOLUTION

Use of highly wear-resistant type HS2.75S (230 V, 750 W) pumps. Fitted with an inside, double floating-ring seal in an oil bath, protected by a shaft protection ring and upstream sealing ring, this pump is suitable for dry running and dragging operations. Solids up to a diameter of 7 mm are pumped away without problems.
